Letters to his wife [manuscript] 1861-1863.

Letters written while in the Confederate Army, near Harper's Ferry, Winchester, Gordonsville, and Fairfax Co., Va., regarding battles and instructions on farming. With these are letters to Mrs. Paxton from chaplain A. C. Hopkins and Henry Kyd Douglas, 1863 May 4 and 12, informing her of his death.
